Q3. What do you think is the biggest challenge for Life Sciences when it comes to assessing pricing strategies in the current pandemic and what do you think they can do to meet this challenge?

Failing to understand liquidity requirements of their customers, and failing to develop a solution that would help address the challenges their customers are facing and trying to continue as business as usual would be the biggest mistake the healthcare industry suppliers could make in such a disruptive period. They need to listen to their customers to understand their challenges and need to come up with innovative solutions/concepts and pricing models to address these challenges.

This talk will help the community think over on their pricing strategies and develop some insight on some examples of implementation of innovative pricing models in the industry.
