A quick preview on the Spare Parst & Services Pricing Training by Simon-Kucher & Partners

The European Pricing Platform – together with its partner Simon-Kucher & Partners – is organising this training in Cologne, Germany on May 9-10, 2017. The training will cover all areas of spare parts and services pricing.

Spare Parts and Services can be done in many ways. But most important you’ll find out what works best for your company!

The training is hosted by Volker Handing, a Director at the Cologne office of Simon-Kucher & Partners. His work concentrates on projects in the
automotive and heavy equipment industry with a strong focus on the after-sales business. He has worked for several large original equipment manufacturers, their suppliers and wholesalers. Volker has led a range of projects developing new pricing strategies, implementing pricing systems for central as well as international pricing, rebalancing discount systems and other topics related to parts and service pricing. In addition to his work on conceptual, quantitative and research based projects, Volker has conducted a wide range of  trainings for his clients in the areas of “Power Pricing”, “Value Selling” and “Negotiation Tactics”.
