Richard joined Baxter in a pricing role in 2012 and now holds the position of Senior Manager in the International Pricing & Tender Strategy group. His areas of focus include strategic pricing and product launches, in-line commercial pricing and profitability management, tender excellence and IRP. Furthermore, as project coordinator of selected cross-functional initiatives, Richard is tasked with integrating marketing, pricing, market access and commercial inputs and translating these into sound business strategy and action plans that yield tangible results. Prior to joining Baxter, Richard initially developed his professional skill-set and life sciences industry knowledge when working in management consulting. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and International Management (SIM) from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
